It was easy. We are older and the shuttle driver helped us. He took care of our luggage and helped us to our car, we really appreciated the help!
Great car for our family trip! Communication was exquisite. Will be renting a car through Ali'i Rental Cars LLC the next trip!
Everything was easy and was wonderful
Comfortable, clean and good gas mileage. Google Maps brought me to the wrong location, but I was able to find my way behind Target after a few minutes. Host was great and communicated clearly.
Vehicle as expected. We had to swap cars mid trip. But it was made right.
Everything was wonderful, easy and comfortable! Thank you!
Car was perfect for running around the island.
Car quality was fine. Pick up and drop off process was easy and flawless. Excellent instructions. Price much better than other rentals. Very easy to communicate with. Would use it again.
Truck drove smooth & AC was cold. Highly recommended and guarantee renting again
Great experience! Had a blast exploring in the comfort of a van. Thank you!
Fantastic car and rental experience! Will definitely book with again next time we visit.
The Jeep was spotless when we picked it up and it checked all the boxes during our stay!! The sky panel retractable roof was great too!! THANK YOU for helping to make our vacation in Kauai perfect!!
The car was spacious, clean and reliable. Pickup and drop off was easy and smooth. The shuttle was there quickly and the drivers were helpful with getting bags in and out of the van. Our experience with the host was good. They were responsive to messages and helpful. Our overall experience was great!
Communication was excellent. The car had a few dings but was perfect for our trip to the island. I’ll rent from them again.
Experience overall was good. Pick up from the airport and drop off was quick. Key fob did not work and alarm went off every time we opened the door.
Car was amazing, communication was on point. Everything was fast, and simple. I would rent again.
