Car in really great condition, comfortable and roomy enough for us. It was fun to drive around the island in it.

They responded quickly and answered all my questions. First car I rented had a problem with the seat. They brought me a new card to my hotel room on the other side of the island and made it right. Couldn't thank them enough.

Easy and efficient pick up + return. The shuttle is just a short ways from airport pick up. The car itself ran so smoothly and was super clean! As a nervous driver, I also felt safe the entire time. The perfect car to get around the beautiful island of Kauai. I highly recommend. Thank you all at Alii Rentals!!! 😌

Everything went smooth.

Great host, responsive and supportive.

The Gladiator was AWESOME. It was perfect to traverse the island in. There were a few hiccups with our original vehicle, but Ali’i rentals were very accommodating and quick about making things right. AJ was very friendly to deal with. Would recommend!

Amazing time in the cutest pink Jeep! We had the best experience renting from this company. Very quick response time, accommodating and great service! I would highly recommend renting from this company! The jeep itself was very great, comfortable, and had the best AC as well as Apple car play which was extremely convenient during driving.

The shuttle was easy to find (basically at the most right end of the airport after the baggage claims). The pick up and drop off was very easy! I was messaged detailed instructions the day before my trip began and the day before my trip ended which made the whole process worry-free. I will certainly be renting from here next time I am in Kauai! Mahalo!

Car worked great, was clean, host communicated effectively ahead of time!

Easy to work with, vehicle was in great condition and clean. Thanks!

Everything was wonderful. We had a great time and we plan on renting from Ali’I rentals again in the near future.. Mahalo!

Great car quality, Great Host contact and Easy Pickup

Great SUV for Kauai! The Honda Pilot was perfect for exploring Kauai. It’s roomy, comfortable, and handled the island’s roads really well. Plenty of space for luggage and passengers, and the tech features made navigation easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

Our instructions were clear and easy. The car served its purpose and we would definitely rent from them again!

Car was in excellent condition, Ali’i was more than communicative and pick up and drop off was super easy. Car ran great and was the perfect transportation on our trip !

Awesome car! Great communication! The car drove well, we had no issues at all. Very reliable vehicle. The only thing is that pick up is very strict, whatever time you put is when it will be available. We got to the rental place 20-25 minutes before pick up time because our plane came in early but the car wasn’t present until 7 minutes before pick up time and not available until actual pick up time. So we had to sit in the parking lot waiting with our infant and toddler. So to be safe schedule the pick up time a little earlier so, you won’t be waiting. I would still highly recommend though! Loved it!

Car was great! Clean, efficient, fun to drive!!

Everything was great. The car was just as pictured. The owner was quick to respond. Car has great gas mileage. It was clean and in good condition. Very easy pick up and drop off.

Great communication, and the car was just right for our 2 weeks on Kauai. It is very nice and convenient to have the beach chairs and umbrella available.

Quality was perfect. Pick up and drop off were super easy and close to the airport. Easy to get an Uber both times.
