They responded quickly and answered all my questions. First car I rented had a problem with the seat. They brought me a new card to my hotel room on the other side of the island and made it right. Couldn't thank them enough.
Car was excellent and had incredible gas mileage. It was perfect for my kids and I and had plenty of room!
Clean car, more room than you'd think. Service and communication with the host was great.
Alii was great! They’ve perfected the system. They give you all the details the day before pickup, then again on pickup, the shuttle was timely, and the return process was super simple. The car was in typical rental car shape. But was perfect for our trip. Great gas mileage and easy to drive. 100% would recommend.
Car was great! Pick up drop off was easy especially after our flight was delayed. 10/10 would use again
Great car, great location just up the street from the cruise port. It took me about 5 minutes to walk up the street, just be careful as you need to walk on the shoulder on the main road, which is narrow and cars/trucks drive the road at pretty fast speed. Car was perfect for our 2 days on Kauai, thanks!
Clean and super easy to pick up and drop off. The passenger seats fold up which was convenient for quick but reachable storage.
Everything was great with Ali'i Rentals. The shuttle personnel to & from the airport were both super friendly & reliable. We would use them again!
Best experience ever with a rental, Ali’i made this trip so easy. Communication was on point. Will definitely rent from this company on all my trips to Kauai. Mahalo for such an amazing experience.
Easy pickup and drop off, car was as pictured. Communication was easy.
Pick up and drop off went seamlessly. I would rent from them again
Clean, well kept vehicle with good shuttle service for the short ride to/from the airport.
Absolutely perfect experience! I will always use Alii Rental Cars when I come to Kauai. They went above and beyond and made the entire process so easy. Mahalo 🤙🏼
