Shoot could not be easier. They picked up when I called walked me through everything on pictures and rentals on the way there and help me with the process as well. No issues with the car either

Fantastic service! The Honda was clean and in good condition, and the staff were so easy to communicate with and arrange the shuttle to/from Lihue airport. Thanks to Justice who was waiting for me at the drop off point! Will definitely book with them again. Mahalo!
Great experience renting from Alii! Perfect car that was clean. The shuttle from and to the airport was very easy, even with my 10pm flight. Sarah on my ride to the airport was so friendly and helpful!

Car was clean and it was great to pick up at airport easily. Back end door didn’t work due to some newly discovered damage which they acknowledged so I cant fault them for that. However the changes in policy not allowing you to drop off car at airport in the middle of our trip was not enjoyable. I understand it is not their fault but having to drop off at some random parking area by myself and then get another $15 taxi ride plus tip to airport was awkward and inconvenient. At that point it would have been easier to just rent from a company at airport.

Such a smooth and easy process from beginning to end. Communication and instructions were clear and concise. The car was brand new, so I had nothing to worry about. I definitely would not hesitate to rent again!
