The car is a little more worn than seen in the photos, but that didn’t bother us. The car ran great and the rental company communicated so the directions very thoroughly. I would recommend this group.

The car was excellent and in good condition. The pick up and return were executed with no problem. One note: I think the shuttle pick up should be on a more regular interval since we notice a lot of renters were waiting a long time for the shuttle.

Host was great! Clear instructions and seamless way to rent a car on the island. Glad we could enjoy the trip without any hassles. The shuttle bus drivers were great! This vehicle did occasionally have a “brake” alert warning pop up occasionally while cruising on the highway with no cars in front of us. I figured it was just the car system just being trigged by oncoming traffic. Would look to rent again next time on our visit to Kauai!

Would have been a 5 except van pickup at airport was a bit confusing, and drop-off behind Target was terrible. Google maps couldn't find it, and have they ever heard of a sign? But car was great, ran perfectly, and prices were fair. Will definitely rent from them again!

Great vehicle for 4 adults with luggage. We travelled around the island and had no problem at all parking it, hauling cooler and daypacks. Great seatings at the back for tall adults. I would prefer no shuttle but it was efficient and courteous. Mahalo

It was such an easy experience renting from Ali’i rentals. Very responsive. I was a little nervous about time with the drop off not being at the airport but the shuttle was always on time and friendly at pick up and drop off it made the renting experience so much easier. If we’re ever on Kauai again we will definitely use them again.
