Great car. Now I want to buy one

So easy and convenient! Car was excellent.

If you are coming off of a cruise ship, make sure you are capable of walking to the Alii lot. It is an uphill walk on a very busy road, that does not have sidewalks. They do not offer shuttle For cruise ship travelers. You could Take a cab. Our car was not ready at the appointed time, but was only 5-7 minutes late arriving. No issues with Our car. We parked in the lot overnight, which required another hike from the lot, another to pick up the car in the morning, then another when dropping the car off. There was an attendant taking customers to the airport. We asked if he could at least take us to the bottom of the hill(so we did not have to hike the busy road) and we’re told they could not. Not sure the reasoning on all that. Also, if renting, we learned afterwards, you can overnight park on the street at the bottom of the hill. Other than the parking /lack of shuttle service, the rental was fine.

Great clean car and very accommodating host if that's the right term.

Had a great experience with Alii Rental. Was easy to pick up and drop off. The car was great.

Great communication. Easy access from the airport (shuttle) and cruise port (a little sketchy of a walk but we did it). I would definitely use them again.

Super easy pickup and drop off, staff were very friendly and the car was great!

The car was in good shape and everything from pickup to drop off went smooth. We requested a booster seat and it was in the car upon pickup as requested. We would definitely use Alii again. Thank you!

Alii made pick up and drop off super easy and convenient…very friendly staff too. Would definitely use them again.

Shuttle service at arrival and pick up was a blessing…and I got to meet Kawika too! The car was perfect, nice and very clean. I highly recommend Alii Rental Cars. Looking forward to our next adventure on Kauai. Mahalo!

Great experience. The vehicle was exactly as described. They picked us up from the airport and carried us to the rental car location, which was not located at the airport. I would definitely use Aliii rental again, no doubt!

Perfect vehicle for our trip! The whole process was very smooth. Pickup and drop of service was timely and convenient. Very prompt with responses. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rent in Kauai!

Very accommodating and reliable company! My family and I were very pleased with their professionalism especially Noah helping with the pick up/drop off at the airport. Definitely looking forward to go with them when we return to the island.
