We had a great road trip in the Honda Pilot. Our family of 8 fit comfortably and we were able to see beautiful Kauai

Nice rental and car. I got picked up and dropped via one of their shuttle directly to the car from the airport. From there, I just drive away. Super easy. No problem with the car whatsoever. The owner was very nice. My son left the iPad in the car, he sent it directly to TX. No fuss. I would rent from him again.

All and all the rental process went very well. Shuttle from airport went smooth and it was much quicker than dealing with a rental agency, especially in Hawaii.

This was a substitute vehicle for the original vehicle we rented that ended up not working for us. Alii Rental was immediately responsive when we notified them of our issue and took great care of us. We will always rent from them whenever we return to Kauai.

Great communication and service. Highly suggest you check them out over the big rental car companies.

Overall service was good, but car had issues. Key fob battery was low, so doors had to be unlocked manually a lot of times. Plus, the tire pressure was low for one of the tires, which was concerning. Windshield wipers were very old as well, which is a concern driving in Hawaii.

Great truck! Perfect for touring around the island and getting all toys to the beach! Easy pick up and drop off too. 🤙

Cheaper than a rental car and very convenient!! Will do it again on my next trip.
