Great car and owner was helpful if I had any questions! 👍

Quite and easy experience :) car was in great shape and I’d rent from here again. The only is that the shuttle doesn’t come as often as I’d hope. So definitely make sure you give yourself plenty of time when returning. Great experience overall :)

Totally smooth operation here. Communication was clear and effective, and everything was as good and as simple as advertised. Would absolutely rent again.

We rented a nice Sienna for our short family trip. The second day we found the ants all over the car! I guess a huge colony of ants in the car. But that’s not too much of an issue for us. One day we parked at the beach park, one of the window was smashed when we came back and we reached out the owner immediately but no reply. No reply the next day. We did not hear back from them about it at all. Luckily the broken part wasn’t where we seated so we managed to tape it up with a heavy duty tape so we could still drive until we returned the car. But what if something more serious problems happened and we just no hearing anything from the owner? I’m not sure if we would rent from here again.

Fantastic rental! Super clean and efficient, would book again!

Great Rental! Exactly as I rented. Clean car. Ran freat Super quick and easy to pickup and dropoff

I loved the Subaru. Great little car that was spacious enough for us and very clean. Only issue was the vehicle wasn't ready for us until after our reservation start time, but Alii Rental has made an attempt to right the situation, which I appreciated. I would rent from them again 👍
