Awesome Service would do again!

Perfect experience all around, would definitely rent again.

Very efficient, clean, good communication

Great ride! Everything worked and looked as new. Was everything we were looking for. Host was easy to communicate with

Everything was super easy and the communication was great! Would recommend to anyone🤙

One minor hiccup with the SUV but was taken care of. Drove great and was clean.

Awesome car! Loved the keyless unlock feature & Carplay is always a great bonus 🌸

The car was great. I received prompt replies to my messages. Everything went smooth, but I hope they will get more shuttles to service customers. The wait was longer than we would’ve preferred.

Great vehicle with clear communication. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and experience

Clear communication and pickup guidance with the rental company!

Great car and great service. They seem to have many vehicles, so I would have appreciated their help with getting a car for the last 10hrs of my trip (I thought we were leaving at 7am instead of 7pm), but it's not something I could expect.

All good, easy to rent and check in/check out.

Shuttle was very efficient and it was super easy to find the car. All questions were answered really quickly.

Online convenience. no waiting lines to obtain and return rental vehicles. Responsive communication

The experience with this car and the host was amazing. It was an easy pick up and drop off, we had no trouble with car. We didn’t had to clean the car, which made it easier for us. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great car! Excellent service! We loved everything about this trip!

Great car and easy process, they did forget the cooler we paid for but they made a great effort to get it to us. Thanks!

Great vehicle. It was perfect for our trip and had plenty of room for the two of us. Great gas mileage.

Pretty smooth transaction. Car was ready at the lot when we got there. It was clean, ran well, and did everything we needed it to do. The only drawback is having to coordinate extra time for the shuttle to and from the airport. Hopefully it’s not too busy and you don’t have to wait more than one round to get your whole party where they need to go. This was minor though and we fortunately had enough space in the shuttle and it was on time for the most part. Overall great experience. Would rent through Ali’i again 🤙🏽
