Easy directions and instructions- quick and efficient shuttle/lot

Pretty straight forward, easy pickup/drop-off . Good communication. A little hiccup with key FOB, but was resolved relatively quickly. Thanks!

Easy communication and great car! Shuttle was convenient, the parking lot is spacious, only downside that cell reception was a little spotty (probably because of roaming?), but there is free wifi in the Target what you can reach from the corner.

The car was great. Communication was very easy. I would recommend this vehicle.

Everything was perfect. Will be back.

Great jeep, great communication. Would definitely choose again!

Great car, easy directions, perfect for what we needed. Would recommend 🤙🏼

Great communication; easy w/ the shuttle; great ride option.

The car has great gas, and car handling.

Great rental vehicle, easy to book. Shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us to the lot. The truck was in excellent condition and perfect for our vacation.

Everything was great. Would recommend!

Perfect car where are we long trip in Kauai. Easy pick up and drop off!

Great

Car quality was immaculate, was worried it’d be too big for the island but was a good size for the roads. Everything fit perfectly inside and was able to fit all my beach and fishing gear in the tailgate without any issues. Pickup location is in a great open spot and easy to find when returning. The company was amazing and there were no issues or hiccups.

Alii rentals delivered, we had a stress free Jeep rental for our stay! Definitely will use them again.

Great car. Very comfortable and roomy

Loved our car. Just know when you get to the airport, your car is not at the airport. You will be shuttled to the target parking lot approximately 10 minutes away. Once you drop your car off, you could wait up to 25 minutes for pick up back to the airport. My suggestion would be, have someone drop you off under the canopy where van will pick you up with all of your luggage. Another person then will park the car and take photos. Saving time for a shuttle! Loved our car. Would rent again.

Car was ready and worked out great

Great Vehicle to cruise on the island

Amazing service. Easy pick up/ drift off. The jeep was perfect for our trip.
