The value and ease of the rental experience were excellent! The airport pickup is so convenient, and all communication was quick and friendly. We will rent again when returning to Lihue.
Super easy pickup and drop off. Great price for a great car that was very clean and perfect for our trip.
Was Happy and Surprised to drive a very new car for lower price than typical rental car.
Great car for Kauai. Comfortable vehicle and pick up and drop off were very convenient. I would rent again!
No complaints! Best rental experience so far!
The car was in great condition and all was handled well including convenience from the airport. Anwar was easy to communicate with and in no ways overly bothersome like a different owner had been.Recommend booking with this owner.
Anwar and David were so easy to work with. Highly recommend
Very easy process. We were so happy not to actually have to wait at a counter with everyone else to get our rental. Will rent again from Anwar.
All of the above - it was easy and perfect!!!! Great experience !
Highly recommend renting anything through Anwar. Our go-to on the island with 3+ trips thus far.
Anwar was great! His car was spotless and in perfect condition. He was very quick to respond to our questions and the booking process was quick and easy. We extended our booking, twice, with short notice to Anwar and he accommodated us both times in a matter of minutes. He was right on time when he delivered the car to us at the hotel we were staying at. He walked us through a couple things, answered all of our questions, and then told us to have fun. He was extremely personable and friendly. Returning the car was as simple as could be, as well. He let us leave the car in the airport parking lot, which was less than 100 feet from the terminals. (He also gave us the option of leaving the car in the hotel parking lot). All in all, the trip was amazing. The car was perfect and fun to drive. Anwar was extremely flexible, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Anwar again.
I appreciate that I can rent this car although I'm under 21. Thanks to him, I could enjoy Kaua'i for 4days!
Anwar was great. Very easy to work with and airport pickup is the best. The car is great for the island there was enough room for 4 people and out luggage.
Anwar did a very good job of communicating with us throughout the trip. The pickup was very smooth and painless. He directed us to where the car was parked and we were able to take off right away, without any paperwork or waiting in lines. I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone looking for a rental car on Lihue!
