The gas was not full when picked up just above the 3/4 tank full but need to fill up before returning the van. The parking was not included and told only to pay $ 15.00 but end up paying $30.00 . Then one day before you return the van they will notify you that you need to wash exterior and vacuum the interior before returning or pay $50.00 extra and they will do it for you. I think it’s better to just tell everything up front than have extra surprises at the end.

A+ all around. No waiting in line.

Easy and clear instructions! Car was great

Super easy to deal with, the pickup and drop off process was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Awesome ride and they responded pretty quickly. Would rent from them again

We truly enjoyed having a car on the island. Thank you for making it easy to pick up and drop off our vehicle!

Fast and sexy car! In good condition and clean. Anwar was quick to respond and made sure our trip went well! I would definitely use this company again to rent a car and I recommend it for Kauai.

Should have been informed upfront about extra charges for parking fee at airport and cleaning fee. No extra fees were indicated prior to booking!! Owner expected car to be washed, vacuumed and sanitized prior to return. Otherwise good experience. Also had to search for the car at pick up. Could have given more details about exactly where car was parked.

Easy pickup. Easy drop off. Car exactly as described. Exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Pickup was easier than I thought. First time user, was a little nervous. Communication was great via text. We had a wonderful experience.

The car was great. Finding, communication and return were easy. The back is a little small. We had two large suitcases and one small with a few book bags and it was a tight fit.

Easy pickup and drop off! Great car!

Trust Alii rentals to get you to your vacation fast and with superb vehicles, extras and communication. If you want the best without lines and hassle, book this local company and fun, fun Jeep.

Great Jeep for island adventures! Ali Rental Card was wonderful to work with and communicated everything clearly across every part of the process. Would rent this vehicle again!

Great service. Thank you for everything!!!

Superb communication. Whole process was smooth from beginning to end.

Excellent rental, brand new car and hot is very communicative, will highly recommend

Anwar is a great host! He made our vehicle rental the easiest we've ever experienced. He was in constant communication with us with very detailed instructions. Vehicle pick up and drop off was right there at the airport. He always responded quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely book through him again!

1st class. Vehicle was there early ready and everything was as advertised. Would rent again!!!!

There was a slight problem with the car but Anwar and his team gave us a loaner for a day at minimal inconvenience to us. It was an annoyance but they went out of their way to correct it. Excellent service.
