Great vehicle, easy pickup & dropoff!

Pretty easy to use. Struggled getting dinner photos into the app during pick up, but that was a function of the rain and cell service. Didn't have a lot of experience with Suburus either, so there were some annoying beeps/features.

This was a great experience! The Jeep was clean and worked really well on the Kauai roads and weather conditions. Communications with the hosts were timely and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is send the pick up location instructions the night before (vs an hour before). My email didn’t sync until the next day so I didn’t know where the Jeep was parked. I was walking around the parking lot with my luggage trying to find it. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to know exactly where to go right away. Overall, just a great experience. Thank you!

Beyond All Star host! Had a tiny glitch with the vehicles’s screen and the host personally reached out to check on us, and provided accommodation. Definitely recommended to all guests coming to Kaua’i. A+++

I always rent from them. The make is so easy and simple. The car runs perfect and they are very helpful with everything.

Great truck

Super easy. Like Amy rental experience you've had minus the drama and hidden costs. Staff was helpful throughout entire process. 10/10 Will rent again.

The pick up was very easy and the car great to drive!

Wonderful host! Extremely clean vehicle and gets excellent mileage as it is a hybrid.

Amazing service, extremely great communication and car!

All smooth

Painless and easy. Would rent from Ali Rentals again.

Excellent service! Communication on point and car was exactly what we asked for We will use service again. For booking when back in the islands

Nice Jeep. Easy pick up and drop off at LIH because it’s parked in the airport parking lot. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful and easy rental! Car was in good condition and drop off and pick up were a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great car and very clean!

This may be my new vehicle! Compact, yet incredibly comfortable and fun to drive. Highly recommended!

The Jeep was awesome! It was clean, easy to pick up and easy to return. Thanks!

Great truck, good for getting kids to the beach and around the island.
