Battery died halfway through the trip but Alii met us where we were and replaced it in 10 minutes. Thanks!
Much easier than traditional car rentals. The entire trip was easy.
Alii rental cars was the greatest! Clean cars in great condition with easy pickup and drop off. Would recommend!
Beautiful car and easy check in and checkout process.
Great communication and service. Everything fast fast and easy.
The was a smooth experience. Pickup and drop off were easy and the Forester got us around the island efficiently.
The car drove smooth. It was so clean and I definitely enjoyed driving while our visits in Kauai. Thank you!
Alii Rental Cars was awesome! They were great with communication and I felt well taken care of during my trip. The car was well maintained and clean, and they left great instructions upon arrival. A small issue with the car came up and as soon as I let them know, they were extremely responsive, which I appreciated. Over all great service, would recommend!
Great car awesome service and communication. Will absolutely rent again!
All went well. Smooth and easy. Would rent from Ali’i again.
Easy to pick up. Car was clean, like new! Easy to drop off. Can’t beat it!!
Seamless, easy rental. Fantastic car and had so much fun with with the boogie boards we added. Host was so friendly and responsive. Definitely rent again. Thank you!
Very easy pickup and drop off. Car was just what we needed. Highly recommend!
Communication and pick up/drop off were 10/10. Very easy and convenient. The car itself was not the best, but got the job done. Would still recommend for an affordable rental.
Alii Rental Cars was great to work with. Very customer focused! I will rent with them again
Absolutely fantastic vehicle. The pick-up/drop-off process went as described, and the vehicle was exceptional. I loved the rugged Jeep vibe with the leather interior and premium features. The beach chair add on was good quality as well. The electric feature is pretty cool (hadn't driven anything like that before) and the roof is easy to manage; it's a blast to roam the island and feel the sun and wind. I would absolutely rent this Jeep again. 10/10
Alii rental cars provided an excellent vehicle and provided timely communication when necessary. During our trip, their car was a victim of vandalism - Alii proved understanding, kind and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and their cars!
Car was in decent condition but needed some maintenance. It also had a musty smell I couldn't track down.
Everything was super smooth. Quick and thorough communication beforehand made the pickup and drop off process so easy and stress free. Thanks so much for a great experience!
