Car was in great shape and I had no major issues. It got great mileage and handled well. I wasn't able to secure a shuttle from the airport to the rental car as expected but it was a short Uber away. They were able to get me a ride to the airport early in the morning which was greatly appreciated!

Vehicle was new, super clean; convenient to pick up and great, responsive service. Team answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Transportation back to the airport from drop off location was easy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Kaua'i.

Absolutely phenomenal! The customer service was prompt and super nice from the contact point to the employees who handed off the car. The car ran like a dream, fantastic way to get around the island. It was super clean and just like new when we got it. 10/10 would recommend them to anybody going to Kauai. Will definitely use them again if I come back this way!

Thank you! Good trip. 🌸 Wrangler looks fine & fuel consumption MPG is really great! The car has jus about >50k miles... Only two comments: Tires are ok but I had other expectations for a Jeep Wrangler - they go well on the streets but if you did look to go dirt roads/ backcountry, you’d need a deeper wheel profile! ✌️ ... and the shift from 2d to 4 H / 4 L goes really hard. I think some earlier renters did no good to it... Transport: Shuttle from the car return to the airport was brilliant. Thanks for that! Pickup: Airport to actual rental location was a 10 min Uber ride for us and cost no more than 15$ ... we were fine with that - however some people in the comments stated they were less lucky and paid more/had difficulties to find a driver. I WOULD RENT AGAIN...
