Great car ! Tons of fun throughout the week with the top down.
This Jeep was great for our trip. Would definitely rent it again when I next go back. Perfect size for all our luggage and family.
Friendly, easy to work with, car was great, no issues. Thank you!
I love the system they have in place. Make sure you read and follow the instructions to avoid paying the airport operations charge. Understand this isn't a rental car company and the free pickup and dropoff is a courtesy. Sara was super friendly and helpful for pickup and dropoff.
Outstanding car. Clean. New. Perfect vehicle for the islands. Shuttle service from the cruise ship and the airport is very quick and the drivers are super friendly. No reason to rent at the airport. Best car rental experience we’ve had in a long time.
Gorgeous jeep! Came off the cruise ship and was able to quickly get into vehicle. The shuttle is nice but is just a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so it’s difficult if it’s multiple people. We were able to cruise all through beautiful Kauai with the top down!
La communication était no.1. Pickup en 5 minutes une fois à l’aeroport. Application très pratique pour le retour. Ça evite de faire la file pour récupérer notre voiture. JiM
Everything was great!! Loved this Jeep, and easy pickup and drop off.
Renting from Alii Rental was a breeze. They have complimentary shuttle service to pick up and drop off vehicle from their location just 5 minutes away from the airport. Communication and directions was clear on what how to be prepared for pick and dropoff.
Happy to have rented from Alii Rental Cars. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was straightforward and the shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Great experience overall!
Such a great service. Super happy with the company and the quality of the cars. Thanks for being so dependable!!
Alii Rentals was great! I was originally a little nervous since they don’t have a standard shuttle so I had to leave my kids at the airport while I went I get the car but they are old enough that they were fine. The car worked very well and was clean. Taking pictures was hard in the dark since we didn’t arrive until 7:45 PM but luckily the car was in great shape so we didn’t have to worry about it. The “shuttle” driver was SO kind and gave great recommendations. We have been to Kauai many times but he told us about places we hadn’t been before. Pickup & Return were smooth and quick. Thank you Alii cars, we will be sure to use you again in a few months when we return.
Awesome rental company,! Easy, responsive, and a clean car!
Everything worked out great and was just as it was described. Sarah is amazing! We really enjoyed renting with y’all.
Fabulous experience all the way around!
For a family of 6 to travel to Kaua’i Alii made it super easy to rent a car from them. Getting the shuttle from the airport to the car lot was very easy. The car was in great shape. They were prompt in all of their communication and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is traveling to Kaua’i.
