Car was as expected, communications were excellent. I would rent again.
Car was in great condition and easy to maneuver. Super easy to find and easy pickup and drop off. Also very responsive messaging.
“Great vehicle for exploring Kauai! The Toyota 4Runner 2023 was very comfortable, spacious, and in excellent condition. It handled all types of roads with ease, making the trip thoroughly enjoyable.”
Great car for Kauai! Super easy process. Owner was super responsive! Would rent form them again.
Good vehicle, good communication! Would use again.
Car was perfect for our use, spacious, clean and a smooth ride.. Pick up was easy to follow. I would definitely rent again from this host Mahalo!
One minor hiccup with the SUV but was taken care of. Drove great and was clean.
Good overall, directions slightly confusing but shuttle was on time
Good car for a family. The outside of the car is a little different from the photos, have some scratches and minor crashes . Don't be late because their shuttle service is bad, they only have one shuttle to serve all customers
Always such an easy transaction from start to finish. this is my second rental from Ali'i Rentals and both times vehicle clean and reliable.
Car was great! Pick up and drop off were easy. Highly recommend if you need a rental on the island - our first time and won’t be the last!
Awesome service and great communication!
Very nice and clean vehicle. Excellent transaction.
Really wonderful people, super great to work with! The 4 Runner was great, very clean and a perfect vehicle for getting to some of the hard to reach areas on the island. Highly recommended!!
The vehicle was great! The process was fairly easy. The "shuttle" pick up and drop off were timely and friendly. I even accidentally left a jacket in the car when I returned it and Alii Rental car/vehicle owner made sure I got it back within a few days. Can't say how much I appreciated them doing this for me. I will DEFINITELY use their services again!
This 4Runner was an extremely nice vehicle to rent for 4 adults and luggage. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.
