Clear and frequent communication, vehicle in great shape, overall 5 star value. Def build in time for the transfer to the target lot, but very easy to access the car once you’re there.

Car was clean and great for our use. Car seat waiting for us in the car was an amazing perk. Enjoyed the rental

Was given 2 different addresses to return the vehicle

Loved our car. Just know when you get to the airport, your car is not at the airport. You will be shuttled to the target parking lot approximately 10 minutes away. Once you drop your car off, you could wait up to 25 minutes for pick up back to the airport. My suggestion would be, have someone drop you off under the canopy where van will pick you up with all of your luggage. Another person then will park the car and take photos. Saving time for a shuttle! Loved our car. Would rent again.

Very grateful for the room for my growing teenagers. Very responsive to all of my questions. Thank you very much with all your help. Definitely renting again.

Everything was great! Communication was fast . Thank you

Great!

Great service and price. Quick shuttle ride to the car , full tank of gas and I was on my way. Drop off was just as easy. Car was nice, new and clean. No complaints and will rent again

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Flight arrived early and the vehicle cleaning was expedited to all for a slightly earlier pickup.

Alii rental cars was very awesome on communication and they also made sure I got to my rental and it was so amazing ❤️

Entire process from start to finish was great!! Our shuttle driver Justice was professional, friendly and personable!! It The 4 Runner was in excellent condition and super clean!! Plan correctly to allow extra transition time to and from the rental since only the primary driver is taken to the car. The rest of your party waits at baggage claim to be picked up. Other than that, great cars for an amazing value!!

The girl who took us back to the airport was exceptional with good people skills….👍👍

This was my second time renting from them. Always receive great customer service and the cars are very clean!

This is my 2nd time with Alicia Rentals and I couldn't have asked for a hassle free pickup and drop off! Thank you for making my Kauai visit so enjoyable. Will definitely go with you guys again for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great service and amenities. Even easier than a traditional rental company!

Great car for the island! It had plenty of power and ruggedness for the Kauai roads. The rental company reps were very responsive and friendly.
