Super easy and smooth.

Alii is very communicative and nice. I got stucked in traffic for hours and didn't charge any late return. Car is fun to drive, clean and would highly recommend it.

Getting the car was a breeze. We unfortunately got hit while parked at the grocery store and Ali made it so easy for us. We returned the car normally, they handled all the trouble and simply sent a final 0$ dommage invoice. I definitely recommend booking any of their car!

Hello, We had a pleasant experience with your service, particularly appreciating the shuttle services provided and the car was cleaned. However, we encountered an issue with the car's features. Despite being advertised as having Apple CarPlay compatibility in the car description, we found that it only supported Android devices. As we exclusively use Apple phones, this was quite disappointing. We hope that, in the future, the technical details provided will be accurate and reliable. Thank you.

Pick up and drop off was super easy. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helped with luggage. Car was in great shape and really clean. Will rent again from Alii!

Great car. Shuttle driver was quick and responsive. I would rent here again.

Perfect vehicle for the trip! The crosstrek was great for the braving the rain and wind and for adventuring around the island. Pickup and checkout were easy and Alii provided great communication and instructions. I had a wonderful trip and am so happy with the car and rental experience.

Our rental with Alii Rental Cars was perfect! The car was exactly as described and all communication with the team was professional and prompt. Their shuttle service to/from the airport was much appreciated and easy to arrange. We would absolutely rent with them again!

Way easier than the standard rental car companies!

Our car was spotless and the transfers were perfectly navigated! Very happy customer!
