We rented a Jeep with beach gear. Everything was in great condos and the process was easy. Would definitely recommend!

The pickup and drop off instructions were confusing which led to some frustration. We received two sets of automated texts with each giving a different address. This company uses a different location than the others so make sure to verify the correct location and if you use the shuttle/uber for transportation

Really easy and flexible. Only issue was it was a very dicey walk (about .75 mile) from the Kauai cruise port. Not bad during the daylight but at night it was a little scary and the shuttle operator didn’t respond to phone calls or texts during operating hours.
