Location for pickup was an easy walk from the ship. The car was in great shape and ran well for us.

Pick and return was super easy, mostly everything was good.

Easy communication and great car! Shuttle was convenient, the parking lot is spacious, only downside that cell reception was a little spotty (probably because of roaming?), but there is free wifi in the Target what you can reach from the corner.

Quite efficient. The only hiccup was the limited van service on arrival. Would have been more efficient if the driver would have insisted on only taking one person from each party to the car lot. Otherwise great. Will use again.

Our NENEgade was awesome, vehicle was new and clean. One tank of gas lasted our entire 5 day trip, going from one side of the island to the other. Wasn’t mentioned at the end of our trip but remember to take photos of your vehicle inside and out before returning it.
