Great truck great service

So easy and the truck was amazing!

Alii Rental was very quick to respond to questions when asked, organized shuttling service to pick up/drop off vehicle

Great service and vehicle! I’ve already recommended Alii Rental Cars to others!

Super easy pick up and drop off from airport. The truck was awesome! Great trip.

Great service, Prompt replies, vehicle was great and shuttle service was right on time! Really couldn't ask for more! 5 stars!

Such a smooth and easy pickup and consistent communication. The vehicle was clean and sharp. Very very professional team. Mahalo. Will be renting again

The truck was in good shape, although the interior had some marks on the upholstery. It looked like probably salt water on the seats from people getting in soaking wet and then it drying. We didn’t expect the truck to have racks, but were pleasantly surprised to see Thule racks on it when we picked it up. Unfortunately, either the racks were not installed properly, or someone had removed most of the bolts securing the racks, making them wobbly and unsafe to use. Ali’i offered to remove the racks if we brought the truck back in, but we opted to just take them off ourselves. All in all, a pretty good experience, would rent from them again.

We were fairly stranded at certain points during our trip to Kauai and Alii Rental Cars was a fair priced godsend. Very helpful and communicative. The truck was clean and well maintained. Easy pickup and drop off. Would use again. Thank you! Mahalo!

All smooth
