Nice car and much better than a SUV for this trip. Please of room with easy access. It would have been 5 stars if interior was clean.

Great trip , vehicle was clean well maintained. Very good on gas. Easy to reserve and return.

Easy shuttle pickup to/from airport. Great communication on reminders for picking up and drop off. Made vacation super easy!

The car was great, particularly liked the drive assist feature. Pick up and drop off were easy and the host responded immediately to all questions. Thanks, we had a great visit!

Outstanding host. Boogie board and umbrella were great! The car was clean and well-carted for. It was GREAT TO receive the message on the last day that we just had to enjoy the vacation and leave the car in normal condition. We tried to be as clean as possible, loved not having to vacuum and wash. This is literally my biggest criteria. ❤️ love and would rent again. Best time. Thanks! So easy with the lot too. Shuttle was no big deal.

Great car!

What a great experience with Alii rentals, excellent communicators and the van we rented was like brand new. Made the vacation much better!

Great experience! Easy shuttle ride and we were off on our vacation.

Fantastic rental! Super clean and efficient, would book again!

I would rate a five but when we arrived it took nearly an hour to be picked up and dropped off at our rental. Otherwise it was a great experience and the van ran great.

Alii Rentals were not only super helpful, but very communicative, responsive, and easy! Would definitely rent from them again!

Great car and service, super easy!

Very good vehicle, shuttle drivers were awesome.

I love the system they have in place. Make sure you read and follow the instructions to avoid paying the airport operations charge. Understand this isn't a rental car company and the free pickup and dropoff is a courtesy. Sara was super friendly and helpful for pickup and dropoff.

Ali’i Rental Cars was great! They gave clear instructions for easy pick up and drop off. They made sure to respond back to messaging quickly and concisely. Alii rental cars was wonderful and took photos prior to us picking up the vehicle so we could just get it and enjoy our drive. The walk to the warehouse from the boat harbour was approximately 13 minutes which made for east pickup/drop off and overnight parking. Definitely recommend. :)!

Great car!! Great customer service👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Alii Rental Cars made this a very smooth experience! The airport pickup and drop off prices was so quick and easy and the driver was very friendly and helpful! She even gave us some inside tips for things to do on the island. We would totally rent from this company again on Kauai!
