Extremely responsive and easy to work with. Helped with all my questions and made the rental car of the trip worry free. I will for sure use this car again

Great vehicle, great service! Had a bad tire and the got is in another vehicle within the hour. No complaints. Stuff happens and they fixed it.

Everything went smooth

Absoluto loved the car!!! Spacious, comfortable, convenient, economical. Everything about it was amazing!

The shuttle was amazing and made picking up and dropping off the car amazing. The vehicle was everything that was advertised and was in great condition! We had a family of 5 and a 3 month old and it was really easy to get in and out. It was also able to accommodate all of our luggage easily as well! Oh and not to mention we were in Hawaii for 7 days and only used 1 tank of gas and we drove to hanalei twice from Poipu area and then some more driving around the island. I would 100% recommend to anybody traveling with a large family and trying to save some gas as well!

Pretty straight forward, easy pickup/drop-off . Good communication. A little hiccup with key FOB, but was resolved relatively quickly. Thanks!

Everything was great!

Great vehicle! Clean, great gas milage, everything worked wonderfully.

Great vehicle and excellent service!

Van was really clean and efficient.

Great van, drove for 8 days and only used 3/4 of one tank. So much storage space. Very convenient renting chairs, cooler, booster seat, and cars seat so we didn't have to bring them on the plane/source while on our vacation. Definitely would rent again from Alii rental cars. No hassle getting to parking area, conveniently behind a Target and near costco. Shuttle takes about 10min from airport to parking lot. Shuttle rotation is about 20-30 on our trip. Overall a very stress-free experience.

Great van. Loved the mpg! Averaged 35mpg around the island and only used a little more then half a tank in 8 days (lots of driving) This van has the ability to seat 8 or the removable second row seat made easy accessibility for the kids and seats 7. We loved it. The owners had great communication as well. And a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. They made it easy! Thank you!

Most convenient an inexpensive option for your rental needs! I will always use Alii rental when traveling to Kauai.

Read instructions ahead of time so you be sure to get your ride to and from the airport. Great experience!

Great service. Pick up and drop off at airport without much wait. Car was fantastic.
