Easy and efficient pick up + return. The shuttle is just a short ways from airport pick up. The car itself ran so smoothly and was super clean! As a nervous driver, I also felt safe the entire time. The perfect car to get around the beautiful island of Kauai. I highly recommend. Thank you all at Alii Rentals!!! 😌

The rental car was very nice. The process to get and return the car was super easy.
Everything with regards to the car went smoothly. The only experience that I wouldn’t recommend is the long wait at the airport for shuttle pick up. It took over 20 mins and there was so many other people waiting that there were people who had to wait for the next shuttle. This is the same for drop off to get back to the airport when we returned the car. For this reason alone, I will rent from an individual next time rather than having to shuttle to/from the airport .

This has been my 2nd time booking with Ali'i Rental Cars and the process has always been smooth. Shuttle service to and from airport was very convenient. Staff was also nice and helpful. Car was clean and perfect for our trip.
Everything went very smoothly from pick up and transfer to rental vehicle to return and ride back to airport. Our vehicle was spotless in and out and a pleasure to drive for 3 weeks. We will definitely rent from Alli again!
Alii Rental Cars is legit, I’ll use them any time I come back to the island. No question. They provided us with a new decked out forester that handled the driving conditions perfectly — much better than our crappy rentals on the other islands. Sarah was an amazing shuttle driver and concierge, I wish everyone cared about their customers the way she does!
