We use these guys everytime we're in Kauai and we'll keep doing it! So easy, cars clean, communication great

Everything was great. Car rode smooth, spacious, clean, and did great on fuel. Easy pick up and drop off instructions.

Pickup was seamless, car was perfect, and had an overall great experience! We would definitely book again.

Fast, Easy pick up! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

As advertised, thanks!

The car was great. Drove very well and was in good condition. The car was clean and easy to find. Shuttle was efficient

Easy pick up at airport. Just grab car and go.

Perfect !

The car has great gas, and car handling.

Vehicle was clean and fully fueled when we picked it up. It was located in the parking number as indicated although the number was pretty well faded out. The vehicle alerted the key fob battery was low a couple days after picking it up. I contacted them and they took care of it immediately by providing me with another key fob. Outstanding service and communication.

Great vehicle!

Process fine. Car generally ok. Issue with roach infestation inside the car. Roaches were most active after dark.

Car was great! Clean and in great shape. Alii Rental was responsive and had friendly shuttle drivers :)

The communication was good, the pick up at the airport as well. The car was generally fine, but I informed them with photos on the first day that the front tires were very worn, not in optimal safety conditions to rent the car to clients. They simply replied by telling me, thank you for letting us know. I sincerely expected another answer, or a change of vehicle.

Car was great. Rental agency v communicative. Just make sure to give yourself enough time to drop the car off if you have a flight to catch. The lot is 10 min away so you need to time w the shuttle service.

Amazing service!

Alii made this incredibly easy. The shuttle got us to and from on time, the drivers were very friendly, and I would absolutely use this again.

Rent with Alii! Everything was incredibly effortless. Great communication. Nice people and great vehicle. I’m renting with them no doubt when I come back to Kauai!

Alii was incredible to work with. They picked me up from the airport for pickup and shuttled me back when we were done our trip. The car was amazing and allowed us to do so much more with our time in Kauai.

Everything from start to end was flawless with Ali Rentals. The pickup shuttle and drop off with great cars and awesome drivers who made both trips a joy for the short ride. The cars top notch and the communication excellent. Will no doubt rent again!
