Great location from arbor cruise ship. Walk to Alii Rental from the ship. Ask any question, and you get an answer fast.

Ali'i rentals was great, quick and easy pickup and dropoff experience! Will be renting from them again the next time I'm on the island!

The whole experience was great. The pick up was quick and easy and the car was perfect for tight parking spaces on Kauai!

Awesome

The Crosstrek was great to drive around the island. Very smooth and versatile car. The shuttle was very convenient from the airport to the pick up location and the drivers were very friendly.

Easy, fast and clean. Also our shuttle driver was the sweetest and gave recommendations!

Car was great, shuttle service was great to!

The car was exactly what we expected, and the service was great. The shuttle ride to/from the airport was really short. I’d rent here again.

Excellente communication. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport est super pratique et rapide. Véhicule conforme à la description. Je recommande à 100%

Love the service. Very friendly stuffs. Process is very easy. Will definitely rent it again!

Car was very clean and tidy, It was really easy and comfortable to drive. A perfect and safe vehicle for the two of us to travel around the island. ARC were very easy to deal with and great with their communication. The Airport shuttle made things seamless on our travels.

Super easy and friendly shuttle drivers. Would definitely use again. 🏝

First time renting with Ali'i and it was a 100% easy, seamless, and hassle-free experience. Their messaging team is prompt in responses and fulfilling requests, and the shuttle service was a very reliable courtesy. The car was brand new and everything was great, along with all the staff we interacted with.

Communication with Alii Car Rental was great, always available to speak with someone, and they were so friendly and helpful. I can't remember the name of the shuttle driver to the airport, but she was great! I felt safe in the rental car, it was comfortable and easy to drive. Mahalo!

Alii was great and very professional. The car was ready for us to pick up with full tank and super clean. When we returned the car, we were able to get a ride to the airport thanks to the complementary shuttle offered from 8am to 2pm. I recommend Alii rental cars to fully enjoy your Kauai vacations.

I love this car! I would buy it if I could. Not only is it clean, easy to use and great on gas, but it's also super stylish yet practical at the same time. The only downside was the pick up process, which was not easy because all the Ubers/Lyfts weren't working and the yellow phone at the airport to call the taxi was broken, but besides that it was a seamless experience and we appreciated them dropping us off after.
