Easy process, they had everything lined out super clearly and the car ran well
Car was easy to get to but shuttle takes a little while to get to airport and back. Car was as advertised and worked great for our trip on Kauai. Would book with host next time we visit.
It all worked out fine. Car does make a strange noise when backing up
Great trip! Contact was responsive within 10 min Make sure to check pick up location well before arrival - especially if you have a later evening pick up !
Great trip! Pickup and drop off were easy. Car was as expected. Shuttle service from airport was awesome. Will definitely use them again next time I'm in Kauai.
Great island car and great on gas!! I would definitely choose this car again…. Easy to drive and park in tiny spaces, plenty of room for our bags, and a comfy ride.
Easy check in and check out process. Convenient pickup from the airport. Car drove great and was exactly what we needed.
We absolutely loved our Subaru Crosstrek rental with Alii Rental Cars! We drove across the island and used very little fuel with this gas efficient vehicle. The car was delivered in beautiful condition with great communication along the way. We ran into some difficulty refueling on the morning of our departure (FYI, gas stations are not open 24 hours a day on Kauai) and the host was very kind about our dilemma. Thank you!!
Great ride! Everything worked and looked as new. Was everything we were looking for. Host was easy to communicate with
Excellent pick-up and drop-off experience! So glad to have a clean and fun Crosstrek to drive.
Great communication and clear instructions. Convenient location. Pricing was also competitive. Everything was set and ready for us. The car was clean and well maintained. Worked out perfectly for our needs. Would definitely rent with them again in the future.
Great rental car for our trip to Kauai!
Great experience! The pick up was very easy, the car was great and car drop off (and airport drop off) was easy as well. Never had to wait more than 10 min for their “shuttle” which is a jeep grand cherokee. Very convenient and will use this rental service on my next trip to Kauai. Mahalo!
Great service, got a quick shuttle ride to and from the airport and the car was very clean. Recommend and would use again.
rental experience was awesome! got the car very easily and dropped the car off very easily as well. definitely would rent from them again and plan on it on my next trip.
