Very good experience with this company. Easy trip to area where the vehicle was to be picked up. Good shape, clean and a nice car. Good gas mileage and excellent featuress. Dropping off was just as easy.

Perfect communication and instructions. The vehicle was just like the pictures and was perfect for navigating Kauai. The car is small enough to fit in a few tight parking spots, yet has ample room for luggage. Would definitely recommend and book again on our next trip!

Everything was great with the car but the Amazon roof racks did have a really loud whistle. I contacted the management company and they were helpful in trying to take them off but ultimately even with the keys to the racks we couldn’t get them off the car. They did offer some money back for the inconvenience which I appreciated. If you think a fairly loud whistle will bother you I’d check to see if they have fixed it or have removed the racks.

Great vehicle that meet our needs. Communication was quick and effective. The vehicle does have a “whistle” while driving that’s a bit annoying and the vehicle has a bit of a smell but overall it was great The shuttle was a bit of a miss for us. We waited (along with others not in our party) for easily 40 mins and the shuttle never showed. We had to pay for a cab to get to the vehicle

We loved how smooth pick up and drop off was, the friendly and responsive customer support, and the much cheaper price than normal rental places. Our car did have a pretty strong musty smell to it the whole time though and would make a weird whistling noise when we got up to high speeds. Overall a great experience though and I would rent again from them for sure.

Ali is very easy to communicate with. Car was just fine (wish the roof rack cross bars had been removed as they made a whistle sound in the wind). We picked up and dropped off the car up the hill from the cruise port…about an 11min walk Would rent again.

I appreciated that I got the car that I signed up for and it was as expected. The pickup and drop off procedure was a new experience, but now that I have tried it, I like it. Especially compared to standing in a crowded line at an Avis office, this contactless method was nice.

Company was very easy to work with, and the car worked great! If you use the drive-assist features, I would definitely say be very careful trusting Subarus lane keeping assist and autopilot features, we noticed a couple times it would seemingly not “see” the car in front of it and would not keep the car within the lines. However, that is not the fault of this company, they were wonderful and I’d absolutely use them again!

Simple and straightforward experience. Pretty much as modern experience you can get right now and having the digital experience both pre and post-trip, especially with knowing exactly what car you get and the potential add-ons, is much more convenient than the traditional airport rental companies. We initially weren't fond of the shuttle rules when we were the only ones during pickup and I had my wife wait at the airport, but we quickly understood the benefit when another group didn't follow those instructions during dropoff. I simply just got in the shuttle with zero luggage and was on-and-off in seconds whereas the other group was hauling all their luggage around and filling up the rest of the shuttle. Overall, a great experience and happy to recommend Ali'l to anyone else considering a convenient rental option when visiting Kauai!
