The host was a rental agency so it wasn’t very personal but quite efficient. Drop off and pick up location was simple and close to airport.

Car was nice but a little dinged up. Drives nicely. Great communication and clear instructions. Makes it easy to pick up / drop off the vehicle.

Not in great shape. Lots of marks and scuffs on the outside. Hard to take good pictures at night in the dark when I picked it up.

Shuttle kind of takes a while and car had a few dents and scratches, overall good for the price we paid

Easy pickup and drop off. Clean car. Drives well. Only had to fill up gas once before returning it after six days. Airport pickup and drop off is super convenient and free.

Outstanding

Car was in a great condition for rental

The car was very reliable and the process to pickup was easy!

Very easy check in, check out. Car was in great condition. Super responsive communication and easy to work with. Will definitely return on our next trip to Kauai! Mahalo!

Great car! Wonderful communication! Highly recommended!

Perfect experience all around, would definitely rent again.

Pretty smooth transaction. Car was ready at the lot when we got there. It was clean, ran well, and did everything we needed it to do. The only drawback is having to coordinate extra time for the shuttle to and from the airport. Hopefully it’s not too busy and you don’t have to wait more than one round to get your whole party where they need to go. This was minor though and we fortunately had enough space in the shuttle and it was on time for the most part. Overall great experience. Would rent through Ali’i again 🤙🏽

Rental car we got was nice and clean.

The vehicle was great!

Excellent service - great car! Immediate and supportive response when a minor challenge occurred. Will definitely use again!

Great car for trips around Kauai.

Easy pick up/drop off, drives great, good on gas — we spent 5 nights and drove a lot and only had to fill up gas before returning the car. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, best shuttle driver ever

Helpful, quick to respond, and very easy pickup!

Super easy pick up & drop off. Nice car for cruising around the Island!!
