Pickup super easy and safe. The shuttle was right there for both pickup and drop off. Super easy to check in and go!

Everything was simple and straightforward. Car seemed to have been a little beaten up prior but it got the job done.

Pick up and drop off were easy and details were straightforward and the car worked out great!

Car was amazing, communication was on point. Everything was fast, and simple. I would rent again.

Everything was very smooth, instructions were clear, easy pick up and drop off. The car was very well maintained and perfect to explore the island.

Pick up instructions were clear and went smoothly, had some large nicks and dents but we took pictures to upload, baby car seat rental (very used and it was a two piece I had to link together - didn’t expect the best but it did the job), car drove very smoothly - we loved the all wheel drive. Will rent with them again

Great car, great service! Will definitely use them again! Thanks!

Pickup/drop off location was easy. Might want to get car serviced, made some weird noises. Great week though!

Fantastic car!! Would rent again

Wonderful vehicle for the island! The pickup and drop off process was easy and the host was extremely responsive.

Very professional and easy to rent car from Alii Rental Cars. Well informed instructions for pick up and drop off rental car from Lihue Airport. Good and clean car condition per photos. Will rent again next time. Thanks

great car for my trip to kauai!! check in and our process were both super easy. car was in great condition. drove nicely. got us around the island just like we wanted. definitely recommend!

Car looked/ran great, pick up and drop off super easy.

We live on island but needed a car due to ours being in the shop, they had it ready same day for us no issues! We ended up extending our trip 1 days and it was no problem for them. We have a subaru, but their crosstreck drove like a dream. pretty much convincing us we need one of our own. Car was great, communication was great, absolutely no complaints. If we ever need a car again on Island we’ll try to book the same car through them

Shuttle is easy to grab to and from the airport. Loved the car, thanks!

Phenomenal! So fast and great service

Great experience!

The car was very good, excellent service , easy and practical, and the shuttle guy was so friendly.

Great communication and excellent car for getting around Kauai. Thanks!

I decided I wanted to purchase a Subaru after driving this one! Best car I’ve ever drove, also the best experience for rental cars I’ve experienced, (and I’ve had some sketchy ones!) The shuttle system to and from the airport was easy, and FREE! Yay! Both drivers I had were lovely, and wished me safe travels. Cannot wait to come back and rent this car again! Thank you :)
