Everything worked out great. The Crosstrek is an excellent car for gravel roads with bumps and puddles.

Airport pickup and drop off worked out perfectly!

Everything was smoothe and clear.

The car was as advertised, and I liked the fact that I could drive a similar vehicle to the one I own back home. The shuttle to/from the airport was pretty efficient.

Everything was great. Easy pick up and drop off. Car in great condition. Loved renting the beach chairs and umbrella for our exploring.

Car quality was great and pick up/drop off was very easy with clear instructions.

Reliable car. Got us around the island with no issues. Easy pick up and drop off.

What a savings!! The car was exactly what we expected!-clean, filled with gas. The shuttle worked efficiently and the car was easy to find. Returning was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this service!

I loved the Subaru. Great little car that was spacious enough for us and very clean. Only issue was the vehicle wasn't ready for us until after our reservation start time, but Alii Rental has made an attempt to right the situation, which I appreciated. I would rent from them again 👍

Super easy pick up and delivery! Clean car with good gas mileage too. 👍🏼

Easy process, very communicative and helpful!

Excellent job. Very professional and courteous service

This was a great car that was much needed while exploring all of Kauai. Pick up and drop off process was very easy and straight forward. Only note for renters is make sure to count how much luggage before you make additional beach rentals! We also rented chairs, umbrellas and a cooler which were amazing additions to trip!

Great car & great service! Will definitely use again!

Ali’i rentals was fantastic to do business with. The shuttle driver was a joy and very flexible/responsive. They allowed me to extend my rental last minute when our flight was delayed and that allowed us to see Waimea Canyon on a perfectly clear morning instead of waiting around at the airport. The car had no issues dealing with the rain and muddy lots on the island. Good value, great experience.

Alii rental cars LLC was super understanding and flexible through flight delays and my own personal mistake of grabbing the wrong car. I would definitely book again and appreciated the shuttle to the airport upon return of the vehicle. They were super responsive to all of my questions and got back to me in timely manners.

Great car for driving around the island. Not too big, but roomy and easy to part.

Great and reliable rental! Hosts communicate very well!! Will be renting from them again!

Amazing car, amazing company. They pick you up from the airport and drop you off if i could give more stars i would. The car was super clean and well maintained, will definitely use them again when i come back

The experience with Alii was great!
