Great customer service

The pick up and drop off was confusing. Our car was an office location. Not the Target parking lot like the email stated.

The Subaru handled the rain and mud like a champ and we felt very comfortable driving around Kauai in it. The process was easy for pick up and drop off and the host was easy to work with. Would definitely rent again!

Great service, clean car, flexible. Definitely will use to again

Perfect car easy to get around in. Handled all the roads of Kauai perfectly.

Alii Rentals made renting a car incredibly easy! The car was perfect for daily use, driving all over the island without ever feeling like a “generic” rental. Will definitely be using them the next time we visit Kauai!

Helpful and friendly service. Car was just what we needed for our trip!

The shuttle, the car, the service was impeccable. We got a flat shortly after picking up the vehicle and they were able to fix it within 30 mins. Look no further. Thanks again!

Excellent service, loved the car

Alii was super responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Lihue Airport!

Our car was as advertised. Perfect for my wife and I. Someone answered the phone every time I called. The off site car pick up was different, but everything went smooth. The car lot is approximately 10 minutes from the airport so you should factor in time to drop off the members of your party at the airport and then the drive time to the lot and return to the airport.

Wonderful car and service! Thank you so much!

Car was great. Shuttle service was responsive and arrived promptly after we called.

Great car, great service, great price. Would definitely rent from Alii again.

So easy and convenient to call the shuttle, & pick up the car. And away from the crowd, with the best deals. 👌 of course will use again.

Great experience. No rental car lines. Pickup and return went well. Our car worked out perfect.

So convenient, easy to navigate the app and super fast response to messaging. Great selection of vehicles and best prices too! Will use again!

Best way to rent a car on Kauai hands down. So much more efficient than the usual airport rental car options. Shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient. The car was clean and ran great. This is the only way I will rent a car on the island from now on.

Perfect

Super flexible, helpful and kind. Great service and fantastic choice of cars!
