Car was clean, hosts responded quickly, using the shuttle was easy, and directions given by host about pickup/dropoff were super clear! 100% I’d book with them again.

The process of picking up and dropping off was super easy. Definitely would recommend booking!

The car was great and the third row was exactly what we needed. The pick up and drop off was a bit of a hassle. Having to wait for and then load all our stuff on a shuttle was a little annoying at 8pm with a one year old past her bedtime. Nothing against the car just the Hawaii way.

The car was spacious, clean and reliable. Pickup and drop off was easy and smooth. The shuttle was there quickly and the drivers were helpful with getting bags in and out of the van. Our experience with the host was good. They were responsive to messages and helpful. Our overall experience was great!

Our apologies. The gas station was closed closest to drop off so we were unable to leave the car full

Enjoyed the vehicle. Shuttle pickup and drop off went well.

This vehicle comfortably accommodated our party of six.

Great Service! Great Price! Great Car! Great Communication!!! Totally will use every time!

A perfectly seamless experience. It blended into the vacation and we barely thought about it. Exactly what you want!!

A very easy driving car with lots of room very clean. What a pleasure. Dennis

Great car for Kauai! Very comfortable for our family of 5 and all of our luggage.

Ideal experience. Could not be happier. Thanks, Alii.

Easy communication, car as described.

Excellent service. Great cat. Affordable

This is our second time renting with Alii Rental, and it was just as smooth and enjoyable as before. They make everything feel as professional & efficient as a big rental company and as personal as renting from a friend.

Super easy. Car was great….

Super convenient and a great deal.

For a family of 6 to travel to Kaua’i Alii made it super easy to rent a car from them. Getting the shuttle from the airport to the car lot was very easy. The car was in great shape. They were prompt in all of their communication and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is traveling to Kaua’i.

Worked great for our family. The shuttle made it easy.

Awesome company - reasonable and understanding - would definitely use again
