Car had issues but they offered to make it right for us.
I really appreciated Alii Rentals. The car drove perfectly . I would definitely use Alii Rental again. Many Thank you's
The shuttle was easy to find (basically at the most right end of the airport after the baggage claims). The pick up and drop off was very easy! I was messaged detailed instructions the day before my trip began and the day before my trip ended which made the whole process worry-free. I will certainly be renting from here next time I am in Kauai! Mahalo!
Easy to pick up and drop off. No issues with car and communication was fine.
Radio was glitched but overall good experience
Car was great and the shuttle to the airport was frequent. Overall great experience!
The host was great and the Kia was perfect. We drove everywhere we could as time allowed and our car fit in spaces that bigger cars couldn’t. It’s very roomy inside and deceptive as the outside looks small but fear not, it fit all our luggage and shopping needs. Perfect for those who are on the go. It even had roof racks for those surf boards.
It was a great little car and a much easier experience than I expected.
Great little car, easy pick up and drop off highly recommend
Excellent rental clean car and smooth trouble free ride to and from the airport.
Super easy to pick up and drop off. Would do it again!
Such a professional organized company and service! Highly recommend. Justice and Martin were lovely too!
Seats were gross and not ideal to have a separate pickup and drop off location. Guys were helpful and sweet though.
Service was great, car was exactly as expected and return was so easy.
Great car to have for a couple days on Kauai. Easy pick up and drop off.
We had a wonderful time, the car drove perfectly
