Car was clean and easy to access. The shuttle to/from the airport had me a little nervous about catching my flight home on the way back - my fault for flying back on a Monday morning, I suppose - just allow yourself enough time to get back, the shuttles run frequently but can only carry so many people. Really appreciated that the host told me to return the car without cleaning out all the sand and such, encouraging us to focus on enjoying our time on Kauai. Parking spots on Kauai are narrow, so if it's your first time there and you'd struggle with a big car, check out other vehicles this host has to offer. Would rent again from them without hesitation!

Car was fine. Pick up was relatively easy. Will use again.

Alii rentals delivered, we had a stress free Jeep rental for our stay! Definitely will use them again.

Was a little unsure if this service but it worked out brilliantly and seamlessly. Got a car that would have cost far more than a rental agency and it was great. Only one suggestion, since it was a hybrid, make sure it is fully charged so an alternate fuel option is ready for use.

Great car! Experience was so easy! Would definitely book again!

FRONT DRIVER SEAT DOESNT RECLINE. Otherwise, amazing car and process. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy and straightforward. Car gets great gas mileage and was capable of everything I did in Hawaii. Comfortable and great sound system. Will 100% rent again from them.

Loved the car - clean and very nice - mahalo

Awesome experience. Car arrived right on time. Shuttle was easy to and from airport. Jeep was perfect for the island. Highly recommend!!

Jeep was awesome! Clean and they had included everything I requested. 100% will go through Ali Rentals again!

Alii rentals was fabulous! Car was super clean, ran perfectly the whole trip, communication was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you :)

Great vehicle for exploring all of the island's amazing sites. Would rent again.

The Jeep Wrangler was amazing. It was fully loaded, drive great, and easy to take the top down. Highly recommend for an awesome Kauai experience.

Our experience with Alli Rental Cars was very seamless. From booking to car pickup, they were very responsive. The car was amazing! Our only negatives were minor. The first was the lack of options for charging the battery (we had a hybrid). It would have been nice to have been provided some convenient inexpensive or free options for charging. We relied on gas alone, as we did not find anything convenient for charging (as it would have taken several hours to get the battery up to a full charge). The only other negative was the child carseat. We opted to rent one instead of bringing our own. After all was said and done, we wish that we had brought our own. Though very helpful in finding an alternative when the initial one provided was broken, it still did not function well and was a bit laborious to install. Had we brought our own, we would have saved precious minutes of our vacation. Not a dealbreaker, by any means, but just feedback to others who may be considering renting a carseat with the rental package. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing service! The team at Alii Rental Cars was top-notch and the shuttle ride to and from the airport was so great! Our previous vehicle reservation had fallen through and the team at ARC really hooked us up with this amazing replacement jeep! It made our time on Kauai that much more memorable! Cruising through the island with the roof off adds such a nice touch! Will definitely be using Alii Rental Cars during my next visit to Kauai! Mahalo!

Fantastic experience. Company was quick and efficient, car was in phenomenon shape.
