Process was easy but drivers side tire had hole in it and i had to pay 2 dollars everyday to keep air in it. They offered to fix it but I would have had to take the car back in to get it plugged, and that's the last thing I wanted to mess with while on vacation.

Great host.

Easy to communicate with. Vehicle is as described and clean.

Great rental experience. Easy car pick-up, very attentive responses, very accommodating. Will absolutely rent again.

Easy to rent with Alii Rentals. Quick responses to questions/comments. This vehicle has some issues though that came up during our trip. The airbag warning light would come on at periodic times. Also, the passenger seat belt sensor was glitchy, sometimes going off even if a person was buckled into the seat. Otherwise, great experience. Would definitely use them again when visiting the island.

Great experience! Host was responsive and car ran well.

excellent car. easy booking pickup and return process. very professional! excellent place to rent a car! will use again!

Great car.

Easy pick up and drop off. Having an option to add chairs, umbrella, and cooler were so clutch!

Great rental, the Alii Rental was easy, responsive and accommodating. Definitely would rent from them again!

Happy to have rented from Alii Rental Cars. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was straightforward and the shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Great experience overall!

Car was great - no issues. It was very clean when we received it. The shuttle to and from the airport was also smooth. The host responded very quickly to answer any question. I highly recommend renting a car through Ali’i Rental Cars. Thank you!

Super smooth pick up/drop off and a wonderful car! My hubby often travels from Oahu to Kauai to work and we will definitely book with them again!

Super easy

Great trip, flexible and great customer service

Clean car, great service, very accommodating when our schedule changed.

Absolutely fantastic. If you’re going to Kauai, I wouldn’t consider anyone but Alii Rentals!

Everything went smoothly. Excellent communication.

Dealing with Alii was great! I rented their 2022 Jeep Renegade and didn’t love the car itself (Jeep’s fault, not Alii’s) but picking up and dropping off was a breeze.
