Car was in excellent condition, Ali’i was more than communicative and pick up and drop off was super easy. Car ran great and was the perfect transportation on our trip !

Wonderful service and a great Jeep. This a great comfortable SUV for a family of 6. Will rent again when we return to Lihue

Car quality was satisfactory. Pickup and drop off location as well as procedures were very convenient and easy to navigate.

Easy pick up and drop off. Great shuttle service to and from the airport.

Fast and easy pickup and drop off

Ease to communicate, Great car for family trips

Smooth ride and host let you know everything before the trip. Thanks.

The jeep was fantastic for four adults and lots of luggage! A little tricky maneuvering in some of the smaller places on island but overall not terrible. The company was flexible when we got stuck behind a car accident and couldn’t return on time. Great communication and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend. When the vehicle we first booked had last minute maintenance issues they quickly got us into a slightly upgraded vehicle with no extra charge!

Not received with full gas tank. Car was in rough shape.

Jeep Grand Cherokee was very clean. Good communication, shuttle was quick to respond. Answered the phone right away when I called from baggage claim and was there waiting at the car rental pickup area by the time I got there.

The Jeep was perfect for our family of 6 and our luggage! Flexible to work with as our flight was delayed departing! I would book with them again for sure!

Well run outfit. Everything went super smooth.

If your going to Kauai and need a rental, look no further!! These folks offer the easiest rental experience you can ask for. Clean vehicles, great communication, and easy to deal with. Thanks!

Great rental experience!

Kavika was very helpful and enthusiastic about providing quality service. The logistics for pickup were smooth and the car was in great condition! Thank you for the great experience!

Car was clean, smooth and had lots of space. Great for a family or group. Easy pick up/drop off too!

Ali’i car rental is a phenomenal car service! The car fit all of our needs and than some! They were very accommodating to work! The shuttle service was also easy! Great location and just and all around great team! I look forward to renting with them again!!!!

Awesome car and great service. Thank you 😊

Our experience with Alii was 1st class. Everything was taken care of and we had no worries the whole trip. When we had a question, they responded within seconds. I’ll never go the traditional rent-a-car route after using Alii. As for the jeep, it was clean and stocked with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella—who else does that for their costumers!? It was a pleasure and we’ll definitely be using Alii again.
