Easy pick-up, clear communication, great car, easy return. We had a wonderful experience!

Everything very well. Mahalo

This company is so easy to rent from. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Didn't have to take time to wash or vacuum either and that was a huge timesaver.

Awesome! Thanks

Great communication from Ali’i Rental cars. Made the trip very easy. Good condition vehicle

Everything was great. Mahalo

Quick response times via phone and app, the vehicle we reserved was the one we drove on our trip, and the vehicle was easy to find in pickup. The shuttle was available immediately upon our arrival at the airport, however, on our departure, we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to show and then ultimately spent money on an Uber. Waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle is ridiculous when we had a scheduled drop off time.

Easy to use and very accommodating. I would definitely use this company again.

Nice rental and car. I got picked up and dropped via one of their shuttle directly to the car from the airport. From there, I just drive away. Super easy. No problem with the car whatsoever. The owner was very nice. My son left the iPad in the car, he sent it directly to TX. No fuss. I would rent from him again.

Absolutely the easiest car rental I have ever done. Ali'i rental takes great care of you especially if you were on a cruise. I will definitely be using them again when I visit. The car was comfortable and fun to drive.

This made our trip!! Their service was so much better than a big rental car company. I was able to squeeze every drop out of my trip!

Everything was as described and easy. Clean car. Pick up and drop off simple. Would rent from again. Thanks!

Great car and easy to work with!

Voiture très propre et fonctionnelle. Très facile et rapide pour récupérer et retourner la voiture. Merci

Batterie was down the second day, support should take 1,5/2h. Needed to ask stranger to jumpstart it

Easy pick up and drop off, professional, clean, would definitely recommend

Car was great! Shuttle for pick and drop off was also simple and easy to do. We loved our time on Kauai and couldn’t have done it without this car

Using Alii Rental Cars was super convenient for our vacation on Kauai. The shuttle service was great, the car was ready to go when I arrived at the lot, and drop off was just as easy. The car worked great for our trip. Prior to the trip, there was a slight issue with the car (a manufacturers recall), but the host resolved it quickly. Great experience!

Nice car, super clean and well taken care of.

Great rental! Great pricing! Seamless and easy, instructions were clear, everyone was extra friendly and supporting a local business is always better. Shuttle was very convenient.
