Reliable car for your needs on Kauai. Only feedback is that the key fob did not work, so had to manually lock and unlock the car. Otherwise great experience!
Great car! Very peppy and great gas mileage.
Easy car pick up, car was clean and exactly where they said it was going to be. The only issue we had was that we had to wait for the shuttle for at least 40 mins at the airport. Then, when it did show up, they were unable to take everyone, so they only took the drivers, and we had to drive back to the airport to pick up our party. It still worked out, and I understand things happen, and it gets busy with people coming and going, but that took a lot of time. I would still rent a car from then next time tho.
Clear instructions, car was ready following the directions and perfect for our vacation. Alii rentals were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again
Easy pick up and drop off. Clear instructions. The car is great on gas!
Great communication throughout. Great, reliable car! Will use them again when I come back.
Great rental! Very easy to work with and would book again.
Good car for what we needed. Great rental choice for cruise ship guest. The walk to the location of vehicles was uphill but the location is a winner!
This was the easiest process. They have so many cars to change from. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. My first time. We will use them again when we come back.
Everything was seamless and the car was great!
Great car for our family. Good on gas and comfortable with ice cold A/C. Thanks for making our stay easy
Very helpful and very responsive. We returned the car the night before (since it was picked up at the hotel parking) and had no issues. I would rent again from this company in a heartbeat.
Great car and service. Will book again in the future.
Great car. Very good communication on arrival and return of the car with no delays. Would use this service again.
Enjoyed this car and the owners were excellent
