Great communication and easy to follow instructions!
Easy breezy pick up. The host was very accommodating and helpful when we had any questions they got back to us super quick.
Had to wait awhile for the shuttle, but everything else was great

The car and service were fantastic!! The only downside is the “shuttle”. Had I paid more attention to the fine print I would have thought about it ahead of time.. but only being able to have the driver picked up was a huge pain after a long travel day. Had it just been my husband and I it wouldn’t have been a huge deal but with three exhausted kids in tow it truly was a misstep on our end. ***all of this was communicated by Alii Rental Cars! Just didn’t think through the logistics and want to be sure anyone reading this takes into consideration***All in all we had a great experience and even with the shuttle being a pain, it was worth the ease of renting and the money we saved! We will rent again from Alii when we return next year for sure!

Very convenient pickup location walking distance from cruise ship port. Car was ready as promised and was easy to find. Drop off was smooth as well. Car was a bit banged up when we received it, specifically it looked like it had been in an accident- the passenger side door was very dented and tended to stick when trying to open it, and when driving it there was a lot of road/wind noise from that side- needs a trip to the body shop/ mechanic. But the car in general ran fine for our 2 day trip on Kauai.
Difficult for families because you have to coordinate getting picked up and dropped off separately from them due to room in the “shuttle”. I was unable to ride the shuttle because the gentleman that arrived before me refused to let other passengers ride in the car even though there was room.
Ali'i rental car staff are very friendly and professional. Our car was clean and as described. The shuttle service was quick and available when we needed it. Vehicle drop-off was very easy. Ali'i provided detailed instructions and were responsive to my messages. I'd highly recommend and I will choose Ali'i for my vehicle next time I visit Kaua'i!

Renting from Ali Rental was a great experience! Unfortunately, the day we were to arrive, our vehicle was in an accident. It was drivable, but did have a pretty big dent on the passenger side. They called to let me know and even through in some extra boogie boards for the inconvenience. Not being able to park at the airport makes things a little tricky (get a taxi reserved in advance)! Overall, great experience! Will definitely rent again!
