Everything was easy and the car was great

Car was as expected. No issues with pickup.

Easy pickup. Vehicle is in decent shape, but could use some maintenance attention. Tire pressures were super high and uneven and rear interior lights didn’t work. Will definitely get you around the paved sections of the island though.

Great service. Very easy to pick up and drop off. Car is clean and easy to drive. Loved adding the chairs and umbrella. Made our trip stress free! Would recommend 100%.

Pickup and drop off were easy. Car was as described and worked perfectly for getting around the island. Highly recommend and would book again!

As advertised!!! Would rent again and excellent communication

Overall great experience. Convenient airport pickup and dropoff. Car had some wear for a 2021 model, but drove well. Would certainly book with them again.

quality was ok

It was really nice to drive.

Great car, easy communication. Had a really pleasant experience. Will definitely rent again when we come back.

Couldn't be happier. Good instructions to get to the car. Easy pickup. Car ran great. Had a great time. Would do it all again if I ever return.

Quick communication, super easy flexibility when our trip departure date was moved later due to weather. Thanks again!

Great vehicle and experience with Alii Rental.

The car really smelled when we first got it. But other than that the car was great and did exactly what we needed. Would use again.

Good sturdy vehicle, definitely an easier option compared to traditional rental car companies. The heated seats made it a comfortable ride and also helped my lower back relax.

It was so easy renting with Alii. They were proactive, friendly, and responsive every step of the way!

Rental was great and convenient. The rate was much cheaper than any of the rental car companies and the shuttle service worked out well. They were very communicative about expectations so some of the negative reviews are renters own doing for not reading. We had some issues with our first car and they did not hesitate to swap it with another one, would definitely rent from them again.

The shuttle on the drop off guy was rude

Very easy communication, clear rules. Definitely can recommend. Mahalo and see you next time.

Close to the port. Simple pickup/drop-off processs
