Pickup was good, driver was amazing. Provided a lot of info.

Car had a couple interior issues but the host was great and helped me out with something that they didn’t have to. Also like that they don’t make you figure out how to clean the car

Super easy to find, clear instructions, the car performed so well and I was able to relax and trust that it was reliable.

The car was ok but it needs to be serviced. Several times during the trip when idling it would shut down and restart. Also, it sometimes jumps when starting up after a stop sign. If we had been staying closer we would have replaced it.

The car was awesome and so was the service. The only downside was how crowded the single shuttle to the lot was. Allow yourself extra time because if this. Would give 5 stars if shuttle wasn’t so stressful coming and going

Thank you so much! We loved the car, it was perfect!

Overall, it was a great experience. Only suggestions would be to have a detailed return instruction sheet provided a few days before the return date. I missed some things when the return instructions came via more than one message.

Very happy with the service. Fast shuttle response time. Drop off back to airport was quick. Will use again in the future!

Alii Rentals was easy to work with, car was ready and in good condition, would definitely rent from them again.

SUV is clean and as described. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Thank you!!!

Great vehicle

Nice wheels at an excellent price

Easy pick up and drop off. Shuttle drivers friendly & helpful. Host communication was excellent! Dependable vehicle in great shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing rental experience. Great car, shuttle was fast and easy and cheaper than all of the other rental options. Highly recommend

Great car for the island and easy to get!

We had a great experience with this rental car, no problems with the vehicle. We really appreciated the communication and customer service we received before, during, and after our trip. Jes at Ali'i Rental Cars was very understanding and accommodating when we ran into an issue and resolved the situation very professionally. We would definitely consider using this rental company if we have longer trips on Kauai, and also recommend this to our friends.

Really great rental service and Subaru!

Everything went super smooth and easy with this rental. Alii rental car's pick up and drop off (the latter on a Sunday morning) was prompt and easy (with some great Kauai visitor trips thrown in by the shuttle drivers as a bonus!). The car was clean and as advertised. Everything was easy and efficient.

Amazing experience! Chair and cooler add on was a life saver and way cheaper than through the hotel

Legit firm, professional service and a superior option to the standard rental car routine. I should also note that all inquiries were answered timely and graciously. Clear instructions for pick up and drop off provided peace of mind, start to finish.
