Car worked great and got great gas mileage. We got confused with the instructions a little about selecting the airport as the pickup destination (which means they'll park it where the shuttle takes you a few miles away) we chose a different parking lot and had to find a way to it, late at night. Other than that, it worked great

Car quality was clean and ran smooth the entire trip. Location of pickup was convenient as there was shuttle service provided to and from the airport. Communications were clear, concise, and immediate. I found the quality of service provided for this experience was excellent. Highly recommended as an alternative to the other car rental franchises.

Vehicle ran well other than a service airbag/SOS fault warning that appeared often. AC was great, ran well, handles nice and had liners to catch sand. Location was central for pickup and easy to find. Bonus offered a shuttle to/from airport.

Pick up and drop off were super easy. Car was clean and tank was full. Bus was easy to find from airport; we waited 15 minutes when arriving and 5 minutes when departing. Absolutely would rent this car again.

Overall, the service, communication and timeliness of delivery was excellent. I do recommend Alii car rentals. We just had two minor issues related to car maintenance: 1) Tire pressure on one wheel was way too low so we had to take a detour to refill it. 2) Oil change light kept popping up, creating concerns. Advance car maintenance checks would have made this a 5-star review.

Had a great experience with Alii Rental Cars. They shuttled us to and from the airport for free as they said they would. Shuttle driver was very friendly. This rental was so much easier and quicker than going through one of the other rental companies on the island as we have used in the past. The car was just as described. Communication was great before, during and after our trip.

Had issue where they charged $35 for shuttle from airport when it said it was free. Also, had issue where the shuttle took 40 mins to pick me and my kids up, (one is very small so it was difficult) was very long wait, had to call the manager and then he came. The lady Sarah who took us back to the airport was wonderful though. She was fast, kind & also kind to my children.
