Everything was great!

Excellent host, vehicle was great for our trip. The process was smooth!

Pick up and drop off we’re super convenient & easy! The car was not the cleanest when we got it, which was a bummer & the drivers side window was cracked from the people before us. Communication was easy and the car worked well for our group size and needs while on the island.

Great vehical, exactly as described. Loved the extra detail the renter sent prior to pickup and delivery! Will defiantly rent with them again!

Car was great as promised.

This was a great option and real easy.

Great car and great service

Great car and great communication. The shuttle service is not great!

This SUV was perfect for our family of four and all of our luggage. Affordable, plenty of space, and got us safely all around the island. Would recommend and will definitely look to book with Ali’i Rentals again in the future.

Great car, great service. Plan extra time to drop your party off and pick them up from the airport before and after dropping the car off.

Overall it was a great experience and I would rent through them again. The only hiccup was that I was supposed to pick the vehicle up at 0700 hours, which was confirmed via message. It said the vehicle was all set. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up it was not ready until approximately 0720 hours. That is my only complaint. Outside of that it was a great experience, the vehicle was still dripping wet from being washed and detailed.

These guys are about the perfect size business. Not a one-vehicle shop so definitely professional and business-like. Not so big that they don’t care about what’s going on. Will definitely use again.

Great vehicle to get around the island. If planning to drive off pavement, get the serious off-road Jeep with the thicker tread tires.

Car was great! Plenty of room for the 5 of us including a car seat which was so convenient that they offered that as an option!!!

Friendly Shuttle Drivers and Staff!

Awesome car! Easy pick and check out. The shuttle service was above and beyond. Thank you.

Awesome clean vehicle, tons of technology and perfect for the island Pickup/drop-off was smooth

Very easy to schedule and a very clean vehicle. Everyone was so kind too. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

C’est une super voiture et le service est impeccable

Quick and easy to use!!! Recommend 100%
