Car quality was fine. Pick up and drop off process was easy and flawless. Excellent instructions. Price much better than other rentals. Very easy to communicate with. Would use it again.

Car was perfect for our needs while on the Island of Kauai.

Car is perfect for a family of 5. Host is great. Will recommend if you go to kauai.

the car quality and pick-up and drop-off instructions were great. the car was is great condition and easy to pick up. it served my party and I well for our entire trip and it did very well with gas.

Loved the car and easy company to work with.

It went well. The shuttle back and forth, pick up/drop off was super easy! Lihue airport has such a good set up for this, it’s wonderful and so smooth. Only issue was the air conditioner. Even when it was on lowest setting it was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think. 😂 I have no idea what was wrong, but something was wonky with this car in particular. Lots of dings, scratches and such in this vehicle-way rougher than pictures showed, but it didn’t bother us bc it still ran fine other than the ac. It was cold so it was okay. We just turned it off frequently so we could chat on our drive. 😊 I’m sure this company has other vehicles that don’t have issues, but this one just needed some maintenance. 😊

Service was excellent. Proactively made the return process easy.

This car was great for our large family with luggage.

Easy process and great gas mileage.

What a great company and service these guys offer. So organized, so helpful, totally in the spirit of Aloha. And what a nice change from the old franchises - am never going back. Alli Rental Cars totally took care of me and my family (6 of us) and made it easy and had peace of Mind the whole trip. What else can I say - Thank you!
