The absolute best car for getting around the island. So nice to be able to throw beach gear in the back and go. Loved having the top down. We also rented two body boards and loved using them. Pickup and drop off were smooth and quick. We’d HIGHLY recommend this car/company to anyone visiting Kauai. We’ll be using Ali’i the next time we’re back!

Great service. Great car. Excellent experience. Would have given 5 stars if guy name “Justice” was not exceptionally rude on phone conversations.

Other than some confusion and delay at the airport to get a shuttle it was a good experience. I accidentally locked the keys in the car the first night and they guy drove from home to the rental car place to grab spare keys and met me at the hotel to help me unlock it. I really appreciated it.

Great Jeep though the manual windows and locks on this particular white Gladiator made us feel like we were living in the 80s. Wonderful service from the Ali'i team and they made the offsite pickup and drop-off nearly seamless. Far faster than waiting at one of the regular rental counters at LIH even after considering their barely offsite location. Will rent from them again. Mahalo!

This jeep was the perfect vehicle for a Kauai trip. So easy to pick up and drop off. Rent the boogie board, they’re better quality than the ones the condos provide. Very clean.

This was a great experience! The Jeep was clean and worked really well on the Kauai roads and weather conditions. Communications with the hosts were timely and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is send the pick up location instructions the night before (vs an hour before). My email didn’t sync until the next day so I didn’t know where the Jeep was parked. I was walking around the parking lot with my luggage trying to find it. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to know exactly where to go right away. Overall, just a great experience. Thank you!
