Had an issue that was supported and resolved immediately. It’s all good. Easy pick up and easy drop off as well 🌺

Car was great and so was Alii rental cars!

Alii was great, car was clean, and in great shape for our journey.

Great experience!

Pick up and drop off we're easy enough. The car ran very smoothly and was comfortable.

Great vehicle , gas mileage and communication!

Perfect car for our family of 7 - easy pickup and dropoff to airport; they’re running a professional operation here with great selection of vehicles and I’d recommend over the big name car companies if you’re needing a car in Kauai!

Great car. Lots room. Got delayed and had to stay extra day. Host was very accommodating

We had a GREAT experience with Alii! We needed to find a car at the last minute and not only were they able to accommodate our needs, they went above and beyond to make sure that renting from them went smoothly. We will definitely book with them again the next time we are on the island.

Very professional folks to work with. Super nice vehicle, exceptionally clean . Quick, polite and helpful responses to my questions.Slight inconvenience of not being able to pick up and drop off at the airport yet.

Great car…no problems!!

The Honda Pilot we rented was in top condition and was the perfect vehicle for our needs. The pickup and return to the Lihue airport car park was easy and smooth . The vehicle was more expensive than we had planned to pay which we put down to COvid issues but everything exactly as advertised.

Great vehicle, easy pickup & dropoff!

Excellent service! Communication on point and car was exactly what we asked for We will use service again. For booking when back in the islands

Easy and reliable. No problems at all

Excellent car, clean and we'll maintained. Pickup and dropoff was simple and quick. Mahalo Alii Rentals.

Excellent trip! Small hiccup in the beginning but the owner made it right!!! Will rent again in a few months.
