Easiest car rental experience I've ever had. Just keep in mind to set the pick up location correctly. I had to Uber because I didn't set the pick up location as the airport. If I would have set it as the airport I could have used the shuttle. They gave me a heads up though and answered all my questions before we arrived. Great service. Thank you!

Super easy pickup. Quick responses from company when asked.

Great car, great price.

SUV performed great. No issues encountered. Made for a great vacation.

Great experience

Easy check in and check out, car was in great condition, glad we could use the Honda Pilot for our trip to Hawaii!

Great car! Excellent service! We loved everything about this trip!

Shuttle pick up and drop off was easy and driver was amiable. The Honda Pilot was clean and in excellent shape. AWD was great to have and vehicle was nice and spacious.

Great overall experience! The Honda Pilot was in great shape, easy to drive and was perfect for 6 people. Would definitely rent from Alii Rental Cars again!

Very convenient, great communication, great price. We hate the long lines at the rental counters and will never go back again. Will use on our next trip to Kauai!

Great experience! A little confusion at the beginning but it was all resolved quickly. Would definitely rent again!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The vehicle was great!

Great car, super smooth transaction. Shuttle drivers were very welcoming!

Very satisfactory experience. Best part was friendly shuttle drivers!!!

Sheep easy to pick up and drop off. The car was clean and in great condition. Would use Alii again.

Pretty seemless. The pickup at the airport was the only complaint, and it was a small one. We must have just missed the prior shuttle, so my wife and kids had to wait at the airport for me to get the car and return, but overall had a good experience and would use them again.

The service was excellent! The shuttle to and from the rental car was fast! The car was very clean and reliable! We will definitely rent from Alii again!

Alii Rental is the way to go. Their luxury SUV pick up was fast. The shuttle for the big car rental companies had a long line and wait time. I was glad I rented through Alii. Car was clean. I will definitely use them again!

It was a seemless transaction and they were very helpful and prompt.

Excellent service.
