Car was good and pick up was super easy. Drop off, however, was challenging and caused a big delay. Ended up needing to call an Uber in order to not be late.

They're the best!

I recommend Alii Rentals when in Kauai.

Smooth as silk! Got picked up from the airport within 10 minutes. 10 minute drive to the car. Another 10 minutes to fulfill my obligations with the app, pictures etc. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Return was smooth as well. Driver was waiting for us. It took about 5 minutes to fulfill our obligations with the app, pictures etc. Back to the airport in about 10 minutes. Bottom line… Excellent experience! I’ve used the big name rental car companies throughout my career, and was skeptical about using a small mom and pop company. Not anymore. Ali’i has it dialed-in. And guess what? They we’re almost half price of everyone else! Ali’i car rental is now my go to rental company without hesitation. Period.

Alii rental was great. If you are traveling with a group, I would suggest one member take the shuttle to get the vehicle while everyone else is waiting for bags.

Car was just as advertised Shuttle to an from airport was quick and easy

Well maintained car. And the shuttle was waiting for us after we returned the car to the designated parking space....

Seamless experience, would highly recommend!

Great car.

We had a wonderful time driving this car, and had all the space we needed, and was very comfortable. It was a smooth pickup and drop off process.

Great car and service.

Great car and great experience!

Great experience and we appreciated the extra shuttle run! Thank you!

Perfect rental!

Though it wasn’t entirely their fault the week of our trip we were notified that we could no longer pick up our car at the airport but an off site location. We arrived fairly late at night, it was extremely hard to find transportation to the car it took us over an hour and then it was even hard to locate the location of our car using a local Uber driver

Very convenient, fast responses, and the car was great. I would use them again in the future. Thanks!

Very easy pick up and drop off! Car was comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend.

GREAT rental experience! Superior communication. Excellent vehicle. 1,000% recommend them!
